Why We Built a Dedicated Managed Cloud Service
Most of Managed IT Asia's core business has, since 1987, been built around fully managed IT - taking complete ownership of a small business's technology so the owner never has to think about it. As more of that technology moved off-premise and staff started working from anywhere, we kept meeting a different, specific set of needs: cloud servers spun up without ongoing management, teams stuck with escalating Windows RDS licensing, staff who couldn't reach their own desk PC remotely, and M365 or Google Workspace tenants nobody properly owned.
Bundling those needs into our general managed IT offering made them easy to overlook. ManagedCloud.SG exists specifically to give cloud infrastructure, remote desktop, remote workstation access, and platform licensing administration the dedicated, vendor-neutral attention they need - for businesses in Singapore and across Asia running on a mix of platforms with no dedicated cloud or infrastructure person on staff.
